Delivery Time and Shipping Charges

• Orders are processed from Monday through Friday.  
• Multisports USA tries to deliver all items in one shipment. However, we reserve the right to divide the shipment of the order. This can occur (but is not limited to) part of an order being delayed or unavailable. If we proceed to divide an order, the client shall be notified, by email of our intention to proceed in this manner. To such an effect, we shall use the email address or telephone number supplied by the client at the time of the order.
• Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. Multisports USA takes no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
