RETURN POLICY

We truly believe that you will be pleased with our products. We understand, however, that you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons. Therefore, we will happily accept your return/exchange within 15 days from the delivery date. Please read the following policies and procedures for exchanges or returns:

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition: new, unworn, unwashed and properly packed in the original box. Please be aware that because it is an underwear, all items that have been worn will show signs of wear and will no longer be in the original condition.
  • Exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process.
  • Credits will be made to the original payment form of your order and may take up to 5 business days to process by Multisports USA.
  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost. In case of an exchange, the customer is also responsible for the re-shipping cost.
  • For returning orders that were under a free shipping promotion, the amount of the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.
  • If you receive the wrong item, we will provide the returning label and make sure that you will receive the correct one as soon as possible.
  • Please send copy of the receipt together with your return/exchange.
